1. Where are your products made?
All our desserts and chocolate bars are handcrafted in the UAE using high-quality ingredients, with great attention to detail and flavor.
2. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery within select areas 24/7 At all times also Delivery availability may vary depending on location.
3. Are your products halal?
Yes, all of our ingredients are halal-compliant and suitable for customers observing halal dietary guidelines.
4. Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Currently, we only deliver within the UAE. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding soon!
5. Do your products come in gift boxes?
Yes! All of our products are beautifully packaged in our signature Fix Dessert Chocolatier box—perfect for gifting. At this time, we do not offer custom gift boxes.
6. How should I store my chocolate bars?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ideal storage temperature is between 18–22°C. No refrigeration needed unless it's very hot!
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Bank Transfer within the UAE.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an update via Whatsapp with tracking details. For any issues, feel free to contact our support team.
9. Can I request bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we offer custom solutions for events, corporate gifting, and bulk orders. Please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp for more info.
10. What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
