  1. Do you have a physical store?
    No — we’re an online chocolatier. All orders are placed on our website and delivered to you.

  2. Where are your products made?
    All our desserts and chocolate bars are handcrafted in the UAE using high-quality ingredients, with great attention to detail and flavor.

  3. Do you offer same-day delivery?
    Yes — we offer same-day delivery in Dubai and across the UAE (available 24/7 where supported). Availability and timing can vary by area; the fastest options show at checkout.

  4. Are there areas that don’t qualify for same-day?
    Most major areas in Dubai and the UAE are covered. If same-day isn’t available for your address, you’ll see next-day or standard options at checkout.

  5. Do you deliver outside the UAE?
    Yes — we now ship internationally. Choose Standard (5–10 business days) or DHL Express Next-Day to eligible destinations. Final delivery times depend on your location and customs processing.

  6. How are international shipping costs, duties, and taxes handled?
    Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Any customs duties/VAT are set by local authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility.

  7. Are your products halal?
    Yes, all of our ingredients are halal-compliant and suitable for customers observing halal dietary guidelines.

  8. Do your products come in gift boxes?
    Yes! All products are beautifully packaged in our signature Fix Dessert Chocolatier box — perfect for gifting. (Custom gift boxes aren’t available yet.)

  9. How should I store my chocolate bars?
    Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ideal storage is 18–22 °C. No refrigeration needed unless it’s very hot.

  10. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Bank Transfer within the UAE.

  11. How can I track my order?
    After your order ships, you’ll receive a WhatsApp update (and/or email) with your tracking link. If you need help, contact our support anytime.

  12. Can I request bulk or corporate orders?
    Yes — we do events, corporate gifting, and bulk orders. Message us on WhatsApp or email for options and lead times.

  13. What is your return or refund policy?
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns aren’t accepted. If there’s any issue, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

  14. Can I mix flavors for the “Buy 4, Get 1 Free” offer?
    Yes — you can mix any eligible bars. Every 5th bar is free. Bigger bundles save more (10 = 2 free, 15 = 3 free).

  15. How do I redeem the “Buy 4, Get 1 Free” deal?
    Add 5 eligible bars to your basket and proceed to checkout. If you don’t see the free bar reflected, contact us before completing your order and we’ll help.

  16. Do you ship to PO boxes?
    Couriers like DHL require a physical delivery address. Please provide a full street address and local contact number.

  17. What if my order arrives melted or damaged?
    Please photograph the parcel and items and contact us within 24 hours. We’ll review and make it right.

  18. Allergens & dietary info
    Some items may contain or be processed near nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and other allergens. Always check each product page’s ingredient list before purchasing.

  19. Are your bars vegan or gluten-free?
    We are not certified vegan or gluten-free. Please review ingredients on each product page and choose according to your needs.

  20. Can I add a gift note?
    Yes — add a note in your cart’s “Order notes” box before checkout, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and message.

  21. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    We begin preparing orders quickly. If you need a change, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Changes aren’t guaranteed once processing/shipping starts.

  22. Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?
    Use the “Order notes” at cart to request a preferred date/time window. We’ll try to accommodate based on courier availability.
